Manchester United set to miss out on Juve midfielder, despite reports that a deal was close
The Daily Mail reported yesterday that a deal was close for Manchester United to sign Arturo Vidal from Serie A giants Juventus. Today, that is now not the case according to the popular news site.
Vidal recently told reporters: “anyone would love to play for one of the biggest clubs in the world.” Manchester United, following incredible sponsorship deals from Adidas and Chevrolet have the financial power to fund a deal for the Chilean midfielder, but the Daily Mail suggest a deal is now no longer planned. Louis van Gaal has reportedly decided that a move is now longer necessary. Presumably, he has a move for a Dutch midfielder lined up. Buying your old players worked ever so well for former United manager David Moyes..
