Van Persie Outburst: RVP Slams Moyes and Team Mates

Manchester United and David Moyes have been left red-faced following an outburst by Dutch star Striker Robin Van Persie.

Manchester United’s latest loss to Olympiakos has sparked outrage amongst many Manchester United fans. RVP himself has spoken out, slamming the tactics of Moyes and the movement of his team mates.

Speaking to Dutch broadcaster NOS, the striker said “My fellow players are sometimes occupying the spaces I want to play in.”

“And unfortunately, they are often playing in my zones. I think that’s a shame. And when I see that, it makes it difficult for me to come to those spaces as well. So that forces me to adjust my runs, based on the position of my fellow players.”

Many United fans are angered by Van Persie’s entitled attitude, with many commenting that it was his miss versus Olympiakos that stood as United’s best wasted chance to gain a precious away goal.

Whatever the case, it appears that Moyes might slowly be losing control of his dressing room, as players start to speak out against his reign.
