Shocking: Arsenal German Star Hints At Summer Exit

German International Lukas Podolski has hinted that his time at the Emirates may soon be coming to an end.

The 28 year old forward has expressed apparent interest in potentially returning to his former club Koln. Podolski had formerly spent two separate spells at the club, truncated by his move to Bayern Munich in 2006.

In the midweek break from his Arsenal duties, the player is reportedly visiting his old club, and on the subject of a potential permanent return, the player said:

“You can never rule anything out in football. FC [Koln] is always my club, and always will be.”

FC Koln are currently six points clear at the top of the second tier in Germany, and promotion for them could potentially spell a return for their talismanic forward.

Podolski has only started in four Premier League appearances this year, further adding to the speculation that he might be on his way out.
