Arsenal set for Balotelli move, following Wenger’s meeting with the Italian’s agent
Arsenal are set to bid for Mario Balotelli.
Following reports last week that Wenger met with Balotelli’s agent, the Daily Express report that Mario Balotelli may join the Gunners. Puma – who now sponsor Arsenal on £150m kit deal – want to offer £15m towards bringing their main man Balotelli back to England.
Balotelli is said to be dissatisfied with life at the San Siro and Arsenal need greater firepower. It could be a great move for both the Italian international & the Gunners. The Puma sponsorship agreements that both parties share, could certainly expedite the deal.
Would Balotelli fit it at Arsenal as the lone-striker ahead of the likes of Ozil, Cazorla and Walcott? That’s a dynamic group & Balotelli, at the tender age of 23, could lead the Gunners to glory.
