We are the underdogs – Celtic boss Neil Lennon on Juventus clash
“There is a real belief anything can happen over two games,” said Neil Lennon, manager of Celtic on their Champions League clash with Juventus.
“We go into the tie as underdogs but nothing is going to be decided at the end of 90 minutes.”
The Serie A champions travel to Parkhead as current league leaders by five points over Napoli. Celtic, with Rangers demoted from the top level in Scotland, are cruising in their league.
Although, lately, Juventus have had a tumultuous run of form. Their 2-0 win over Fiorentina with a slightly understrength side still leaves Antonio Conte’s side with only 4 wins in 9 in 2013. Hardly ‘top form’.
With an inspired Celtic side buoyed by rapturous home support, who knows how they will do versus Juventus.
Here’s an excellent tactical preview
