Arsenal line up Frank Lampard summer transfer move
Arsenal are set to change tact with their transfer targets and attempt to sign Chelsea’s Frank Lampard, according to the Daily Mirror [Link]

Lampard’s contract expires in the summer but is not allowed to sign a pre-contract with an English club before the summer. It remains to be seen if Lampard would welcome any possible move.
The possible switch to North London would send shockwaves around the Premier League. Lampard, 34, has been with Chelsea since an £11million deal from London neighbours West Ham in 2001. Lampard epitomizes the Abramovich era even though he has been at Chelsea longer than the Russian. Chelsea’s spine is slowly being removed, with the departure of Didier Drogba to China and Lampard’s possible move.
It is believed that the LA Galaxy are keen on signing Lampard but the high-scoring midfielder is apparently keen on staying in Europe.
